Evan Rosenbaum is an experienced litigator and businessperson.  He has represented clients of all sizes from individuals to massive international corporations in state and federal courts concerning various commercial and intellectual property disputes in all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal. 

Evan’s patent litigation experience has covered a wide range of technologies, from cancer-fighting antibodies to smartphones and tablets to aircraft fuel tank inerting systems.  He also worked in the franchise industry spearheading the development of all aspects of a franchisor focused on supplemental education.  With his combination of law and business experience, Evan brings a valuable perspective when he advises clients on a wide range of issues from transactions through litigation.
